Are the gemstones guaranteed?
Made In Earth guarantees the quality and authenticity of all of our gemstones.

What metals do you use and Is the silver guaranteed?
All of the silver that we use is 92.5% silver and it stamped with the 925 hallmark. We also have 14ct gold Vermeil on 925 sterling silver.

How do I care for my MIE jewelry?
To help extend the life of your MIE jewelry avoid contact with any form of moisture (even the steam from the bathroom along with any cleaning chemicals, beauty products, hair spray, perfumes etc…). Please note when some chemicals, such as bleach, damage silver the result may be permanent and irreversible. A simple silver polishing cloth is the best way to remove tarnish build-up on silver surfaces.
When jewelry is not being worn it should be kept in a safe, dry environment such as a jewelry box or pouch.

If these steps are followed your jewelry will have many years of wearing pleasure.

Over time the silver underneath the Vermeil may begin to tarnish and a blotchy appearance might become visible. To remove this we recommend dabbing gently with Windex, using a cotton ball, rather than using a polishing cloth (which may remove the gold along with the discoloration). If silver begins to show through, your jewelry may need to go through the Vermeil process again. Simply bring your jewelry in and get a quote for our Vermeil service. Costing varies due to fluctuating gold prices.

Where are all your stones from
As our company has been in business for over 10 years we have relationships with mine owners and gem dealers from all over the world. Such countries as Brazil, India, Australia and Madagascar are hot spots for beautiful gemstones so naturally we have a wide selection from them. With such a vast array of gemstones we have many from other exotic global locations including outer space. We select only the highest grade of gemstones where ever they may come from.

Can my ring be resized?
Yes. We can resize most rings, with the exception of certain designs and delicate stones. Please enquire before making your purchase.

How do I know what size finger I am?

Can you adjust the length of chains?
Yes. Our chains can have as many lengths as you would like.
We can also give your chain a different customized finish such as oxidized, Vermeil or matte.

Can I return my purchase?
Yes, there is a 30-day return policy for which we will issue you with a store credit. This credit may be applied to your online or in-store purchases.

What are the various methods of payment you accept?
We accept PayPal and most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How long will it take to deliver products?
We use UPS couriers and US postal service and delivery times depend on your chosen method of postage.

Do you ship internationally?
YES, a quote will be emailed to you upon request.

Can I pick up my purchase from your store location?
Yes you can. Simply inform us of your decision to pick up your purchase when you are asked for a shipping method.

Can I change my shipping address after confirming my order?
